Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Social Work Community Development Political Science or related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in community organizing advocacy or grassroots movements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and community engagement tools.
