Job Summary
SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical and/or cosmeceutical products to healthcare professionals. As the face of our company to physicians and pharmacists you will play a crucial role in increasing product awareness answering queries providing scientific information and driving prescription sales in your territory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and detail company products to physicians pharmacists and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Deliver product presentations to healthcare providers in clinics hospitals and pharmacies.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activity and report market trends to the management team.
- Maintain detailed records of all visits and sales activities via CRM or reporting tools.
- Participate in company meetings cycle planning training programs and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute local campaigns.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of products industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Medicine Veterinary Medicine or Science (Biology Chemistry or similar)
Valid license to practice (if required by local regulations).
Experience:
0 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales (fresh graduates are welcome).
Prior experience as a Medical Rep is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
