Were currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to support a dynamic team.
What Youll Do:
In this role youll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding client experiences by:
Sending friendly reminders to clients about upcoming appointments or promotions.
Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently.
Keeping the internal CRM system up-to-date with accurate client and appointment information.
Recommending and selling products to clients with opportunities to earn sales bonuses.
Assisting with various administrative tasks to keep the business running seamlessly.
Posting engaging content on social media to connect with the audience and showcase services.
What Were Looking For:
Must-Have:
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships.
Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn).
C1 level of English or higher (required).
Availability to work Wednesdays to Sunday (Monday and Tuesday off).
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in the beauty salon or spa industry.
Creativity and experience with social media management.
