Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • This individual will be joining the automation team within the Engineering and Automation space assisting in the commissioning of one of their syringe assembly lines.
  • They will be responsible for commissioning a piece of equipment that has several electrical panels associated with it so the ability to read and understand blueprints is vital.
  • They will be verifying that the blueprints associated with the equipment match the electrical panels for said equipment in the field.
  • This individual will be working either the 2nd or 3rd shift to ensure that the machine is available during 1st shift for testing.
  • They will be working heavily with the automation team as well as QA and validation to move the commissioning process forward and into validation.
  • They will be working through a process very similar but not identical to installing qualification so any prior experience in that area is a plus.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in commissioning activities (FAT SAT IQ/OQ/PQ SLC Document Review).
  • Experience in electrical troubleshooting/electrical design.
  • GXP or pharma/life sciences experience.
  • Experience commissioning a syringe assembly or fill/finish line.
  • Prior experience with installation qualification.
