Job Summary
Role: Senior Total Rewards Representative
Experience Requirements:
- 3 4 years of relevant experience is mandatory
- Experience in areas such as Benefits Pension Insurance and Policy Handling
- Exposure to Total Rewards HR operations or Finance administration is desirable
- Prior experience working in a high-demanding fast-paced environment
Skill Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in dealing with global teams
- Fluent English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Nice to have: Experience working with Workday
