The role primarily focuses on helping accounts reduce revenue leakage:
One of the Staffing Coordination for accounts both internally and externally
Develop and help develop tracking mechanisms for critical key performance indicators for accounts aligned with business priorities (e.g. missing time and leave recovery revenue leakage client gross margins).
Creating and managing the onboarding ramp-up and offboarding process particularly around commercial stewardship helps reduce revenue leakage.
Creating and managing the process for tracking and reporting the billable time of the consultants in the account including leave and unavailability.
Assisting the team in recovering leave and non-billable time.
Assist CLTs and delivery teams in updating information in all relevant systems of Client and the client if needed.
Other administrative support may be necessary.
