Job Summary:
The Implementation & Automation Developer will design develop and support solutions to enhance case management and other operational systems. This role focuses on automating workflows integrating third-party applications and ensuring smooth system implementations. The developer will collaborate with IT leadership operations staff and external vendors to improve efficiency accuracy and accessibility through technology.

Location: Las Vegas Nevada United States
Responsibilities:
- Building system interfaces.
- Scripting automation for routine tasks.
- Supporting data migration and reporting initiatives.
- Troubleshooting system issues across environments.
- System upgrades configurations and custom solutions.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years of experience with case management systems.
- 3 5 years of experience in application development system integration or IT automation.
- Proficiency in SQL and database development including query optimization.
- Experience with APIs web services and middleware platforms.
- Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell Python or similar).
- Knowledge of SDLC Agile practices and testing methodologies.
