Job Summary

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical expert for ABF bricks including sidewall floor and roof brick systems used in Aluminium industry.

  • Support product trials application engineering and post-mortem analysis at customer sites.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

  • Coordinate with NPD and manufacturing to optimize product formulations for strength thermal conductivity resistance to alkali attack and thermal shock etc.

  • Monitor field performance track customer feedback and implement corrective actions where needed.

  • Maintain updated Product Data Sheets (PDS) technical documentation and competitor product comparisons.

  • Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking for ABF-related concepts and innovations.

  • Support bidding proposal preparation and product selection strategy for key projects and tenders.

  • Deliver technical presentations and training to internal teams and customer stakeholders.

  • Support pricing proposal preparation and commercial discussions from a technical perspective

Requirements:

Essential:

  • - Chemical/Metallurgy/ Ceramicwith 7 to 10 years of experience.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes of Aluminium industry refractory products and application of products.

  • Field experience in product trials or technical customer support in ABF applications
