For our Head Office in Dsseldorf we are looking for a full-time:

(Junior) E-Commerce Merchandiser

We are looking for someone with a strong affinity for e-commerce analysis and reporting as well as someone who enjoys working with various stakeholders and has a passion for the beauty industry.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  • Implementation of the promotion plan for Sephora online sales channels in Germany Sweden Denmark and Switzerland tailoring initiatives to meet local market needs.
  • Collaborate with Category Management CRM Marketing and Promotion Team for promotion operations and coordination.
  • Analyze website performance and sell-out rates to identify areas for optimization and implement data-driven strategies to improve web sales and conversion rates.
  • Develop merchandising messages and seasonal assortments aligned with business objectives.
  • Leverage insights into the consumer decision journey and user experience (UX) to continuously optimize the e-store & app (searchandising personalization navigation) ensuring a best-in-class user experience.
  • Partner with Central Teams: E-Commerce IT operations Digital Studio

Do not hesitate to apply if you have or if you are

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Business Informatics or a related field required.
  • Initial experience (for Jr. E-Merchandiser) or 2-4 years of experience (for E-Merchandiser) managing e-commerce operations for an e-shop or major product category within the FMCG sector.
  • A first experience in Content Management Systems (e.g. Salesforce) PIM systems and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in MS Office particularly with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • A strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
  • Great organizational skills with a strong ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in German Danish Swedish or French is a plus.
