Job Description
Are you an Accounts Payable professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process excellence We are looking for you!
Our dynamic Finance team has an opening for a dedicated Accounts Payable Coordinator.In this role youll be responsible for managing a high volume of invoices with precision ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting critical financial operations across multiple entities.

Responsibilities
- You are detail oriented you process employee expenses and you handle a high volume of assigned invoices accurately.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the AP mailbox for the AP team on a daily basis.
- Experienced in reconciliation of vendor accounts monthly supplier statement reporting you will assist in month-end closing of ledgers control of accounts and reporting preparation of payment proposals payment data entry EFT runs distribution of electronic remittances on-line bill payments cheque runs and reconciliation of purchasing card (AMEX Pcard).
- Other duties as required/assigned.
Competencies
- Between 1 to 3 years experience in full cycle accounts payables.
- Accounting Diploma from a registered Canadian College.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); French is an asset.
- Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (power pivot advanced formulas) and ERP accounting systems.
- Ability to manage high volume periods especially at month-end.
