Purpose of the job
We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us identify and engage top talent across the EMEA this role you will partner closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to proactively source candidates for a variety of positions. You will leverage a wide range of sourcing tools and channels while building strong pipelines and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
This is a 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend and we offer a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office.
Key tasks & responsibilities
Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand hiring needs and sourcing priorities
Build manage and nurture strong candidate pipelines across multiple functions and regions
Use a variety of sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage high-quality talent
Screen and assess candidates for skills experience and cultural fit
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and engagement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role working across EMEA markets
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search talent databases social platforms)
Experience in managing relationships with both stakeholders and candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English essential other European languages (particularly German French or Spanish) would be a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple roles
Proactive curious and resourceful approach to talent identification
