Job Summary:
You will be responsible for executing compliance roles & responsibilities including auditing monitoring and assisting in the negotiation of commercial terms and conditions evaluation of risk exposure and finalizing acceptable contract terms between SupplyCore and subcontractors.
Key Deliverables and Responsibility:
- Execute Supplier Agreements (limitation of liability termination indemnification acceptance and excusable delays non-disclosure teaming distribution agreements legal issues etc.).
- Audit internal SupplyCore processes for adherence to contractual requirements compliance requirements and with SupplyCores Code of Business Ethics.
- Compliance training preparation and execution.
- Review and analyze government solicitations and contract awards for compliance with government requirements.
- Review government regulations and track SME acknowledgement of new or changed clauses.
- Socio-Economic reporting.
Travel:
Requirements - BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in government contracting is preferred. May include military personnel who have been formerly trained or have relevant experience in lieu of civilian experience.
- Forward thinking individual who uses critical thinking to envision new ideas and improve processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to engage in and exchange communication with others in all situations.
- Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple projects at once adhering to deadlines.
- Team player ability and willingness to collaborate with internal departments of varying levels of expertise.
- Self-driven and proactive in nature. Takes initiative to resolve challenges.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint etc.).

Pay Range: $59526 - $72153
