The Creatives Designer is responsible for designing and producing marketing materials for hotelwide promotions including but not limited to print and online collaterals advertisements signage posters and presentations that reflect the brands image and style in order to drive hotel revenue.
An integral part of the Marketing Communications team they partner with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers on creative ideation execution and the output of creatives in various formats. They are responsible for maintaining the hotels photo video and collateral archives and executing all aspects of production including printing scanning digital retouching image editing special effects file manipulation layout storyboarding designing mood boards and facilitating photo and video shoots. The ideal candidate must have a keen visual eye and strong sense of aesthetics; the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects effectively; and copywriting ability.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand sit or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors degree from accredited university or college in Graphic Design.
Related Work Experience: A minimum 1 year of experience in travel hospitality luxury goods or a creative agency preferred
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
