Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from scoping and planning to implementation and performance tracking.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product operations marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research competitive benchmarking and financial modeling to support decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve workflows and outcomes.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare concise data-driven updates and recommendations for leadership.
- New Vertical Development: Contribute to ideation piloting and scaling of new business lines within the company.
Requirements
The Must Haves (Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Engineering or related field (MBA a plus).
- 24 years of experience in management consulting strategy business development or a high-growth tech/start-up environment.
- Proven track record of project ownership and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and synthesize insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Grit resourcefulness and a growth mindset.
