- Involve in new product launch with CFT
- Preparation of PPAP documents
- Handling pre launch stage customer
- Handling customer complaint by 8D methodology
Team size (Direct and total): 2 Nos
Works closely with: CFT team -MET Launch Program Rngg
Location: Chakan
Key responsibilities:
Experience:Diploma/ B.E. with 7-10 years from experience in sheet metal & welding
- Participate in the program meetings

- Follow APQP time line
|
- Do feasibility study of drawing with CFT
|
- Preparation of PPAP documents
|
- Participate in fixture design approval process with CFT
|
- Participate in inspection gauge design approval process with CFT
|
- Do CMM of inspection gauge
|
- Do internal PTR
|
- Follow up of closing of observations of internal PTR
|
- Do meeting with customer
|
- Do PPAP with customer
|
- Follow up of closing of observations of customer PPAP
|
- Handling of complaint after 1 months from PPAP date
|
- Make 8D of customer complaints
|
- Customer audits handling and closure.
- Customer complaints analysis and CAPA submission to customers.
- Involve in APQP Documents preparation with CFT. Participate in design & gauge/fixture reviews to identify potential quality risks early in NPD process.
- Maintained the quality documentation throughout the NPD cycle. &follow-up to PPAP approval.
- Process documents like-SPC/MSA/PFMEA/CONTROL plan all PPAP documents good knowledge.
- TATAM&MVWEICHER customer handling experience.
