Liquid Personnel is looking for a passionate and experienced Ward Manager to lead our clients Charity Organisation based in York.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an RMN or RNLD with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will
- Provide clinical and operational leadership across the ward
- Act as a role model for evidence-based person-centred care
- Lead on admission and discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage staffing training and development
- Ensure safeguarding and risk management protocols are followed
- Promote a culture of learning reflection and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- RMN or RNLD qualification with current NMCregistration
- Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act
- Proven experience managing a ward or large team
- Ability to lead inspire and communicate effectively
- Mentorship in Practice (MIP) qualification or willingness to undertake
- Enhanced DBS clearance
