Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Project Manager located in Suzhou China.
What a typical day looks like:
- Evaluate feasibility of the project.
- Define the scope of work. Identify the projects goals motivation and boundaries.
- Define project team members. Lead and coordinate cross-functional team including sales engineering quality and process.
- Define project plan and life cycle.
- Define monitor and adjust project activities.
- Define monitor and adjust project estimates and resources.
- Ensure required skills knowledge and experience for project development.
- Ensure project development consistency.
- Identify risks in project according to lesson learns from other projects. Drive team for preventative solutions.
- Regularly internal project meeting to review and report progress of the project.
- Other tasks from managers
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Fluent in oral reading and writing English.
- Typically requires a bachelors degree of Mechatronics Engineering. A masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experiences of Project Management. Minimum 3 years experiences of Project Management in Automotive industry.
- Familiar with IATF 16949
- Strong communication skills and problem solving ability and work under pressure;
- Good sense of responsibility initiative and team work;
- Results-oriented;
