Job Summary

Your Tasks

Business Plan

to business development and BU-level strategies (PMP ABP) by identifying growth opportunities using market intelligence brand strategy and channel mix

strategic communication with key stakeholders through Joint Business Plans (JBP) Quarterly Business Plans (QBP) and high-level dialogues

Brand Strategy & Communication

3. Implement brand strategies to achieve volume profit share and brand equity objectives

4. Build the category with compelling propositions and tangible brand communications optimized through deep understanding of category consumers competitors and local culture

5. Defend against competitor initiatives with quick market responses by monitoring competitive activities brand health and market share

6. Contribute to targeted media strategy to improve the consumer funnel efficiently and effectively

7. Collaborate with Consumer Insights to extract and apply relevant brand and product insights

8. Advise the team on cost-effectiveness and efficiency for advertising media promotions and external suppliers/agencies

9. Ensure high-quality deployment of merchandising guidelines and new tools with Trade Marketing

10. Lead Advertising Agencies to develop high-quality insight-driven advertising that aligns with strategic intentions

11. Monitor marketing budget spending set review mechanisms and adjust allocations to improve investment effectiveness

Your Profile

  1. Bachelors degree or above.
  2. Fluent English communication skills
  3. At least 3 years brand management MKTG experience in FMCG industry experience in personal care or make-up category is preferred
  4. Experience in brand communication
  5. Strong business acumen and has strategic/ framework thinking
  6. Resilience be able to deal with ambiguity and strong interpersonal /communication skills
