Job Description
Description of the role:
As a Dealership Parts Counter Person at Northland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Oak Park MI you will be responsible for assisting technicians and customers with finding and purchasing automotive parts for their vehicles. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians and customers in identifying the correct automotive parts needed for their vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Process parts orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure parts availability for vehicle repairs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a parts counter role within an automotive dealership.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
