Job Description:
The General Manager will be expected to lead their team of managers ensuring they motivate the team to work diligently maintain their enthusiasm and stay excited about the dynamic and ever-evolving restaurant industry. This involves not only providing guidance but also fostering an environment where creativity and innovation thrive. The General Manager must mentor and develop managers by offering constructive feedback setting achievable goals and encouraging professional growth. Additionally they will supervise and motivate the staff ensuring that each team member feels valued and integral to the restaurants success. Acting as a positive role model the General Manager will embody the values and standards of the establishment setting a high benchmark for conduct and performance. They will be responsible for managing the restaurants financials which includes budgeting forecasting and maintaining profitability. Inventory control will also be a crucial part of their duties requiring a keen eye for detail to optimize stock levels and minimize waste. By balancing these diverse responsibilities the General Manager will play a pivotal role in the restaurants overall success and sustainability.

Qualifications:
- This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience as a General Manager in a high-volume environment

- The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the General Manager
- Trust honesty integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the General Manager
