Job Description

Customer Service Officer

  • Multiple full time or part time fixed term roles (12-month contract)
  • Geelong office location with flexible hybrid working
  • Offering a competitive starting base salary of $78467 plus super and benefits

Right now were seeking a Customer Service Officer who will continue to play their part in caring for the lives of everyone on Victorias roads. Someone wholl bring their authentic selves to work stand up for whats right and collaborate in a team to improve the everyday for Victorians our colleagues and our partners.

This highly rewarding phone-based role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service to TAC clients and health providers. As a key point of contact for clients involved in transport accidents you will use your empathy efficiency and proactive call management skills to ensure clients receive the best possible support and care. Providing first call resolution where possible as well as connecting clients to the right area of TAC to support their goals in recovery.

What were looking for

Customer Service Experience
Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer service in a dynamic phone-based environment. You will use your empathetic communication and problem-solving skills to set expectations and resolve issues promptly by identifying root causes. You will think on your feet to deliver the best outcome and be able to adapt and flex your communication style to meet the needs of our clients.

A Drive for Success
Strong ability to work within a structured schedule meeting clear KPIs and targets. You will be committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients and supporting the teams ongoing success.

Precision and Technical Skills
Maintain high accuracy in administrative tasks and recording information for all call queries using client software. With demonstrated competency in using IT systems and databases efficiently.
