The Program Coordinator IV manages and supervises the new sentence auditors additional sentence auditors and data repair auditors to ensure timely and accurate sentence auditing and release calculations. This includes training supervision and all administrative duties related to employee supervision. The primary purpose of the position is to support Combined Records efforts to ensure the accurate timely and efficient processing and management of NCDAC records.
The position oversees auditing and sentencing functions including complex auditing needs required by appellate court rulings or court orders or other post-conviction developments. Responsibilities included providing training and support to staff regarding proper application of policies procedures and applicable laws. The position requires comprehensive knowledge of NCDAC policies and procedures the Offender Population Unified System (OPUS) North Carolina General Statutes and court processes.
The Program Coordinator IV works with management to manage workload meeting operational objectives and enhance efficiency. This may include collaboration with criminal justice partners to identify and recommend changes to forms technology systems policies and procedures or state laws.
