Job Summary

Bachelors Degree in Accounting required.
CPA certification preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience including at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
Experience managing accounting operations in a multi-entity manufacturing or shared services environment strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Self-starter with the ability to develop creative practical solutions independently.
