Metallus Internship Program

Internship Assignment: Full Time Summer 2026
- Assigned a mentor from within our existing engineering staff to provide oversight for your activities
- Assigned several projects to lead or assist other toward completion:
- Design drawing revisions
- Conceptual design/scoping of work
- Small design projects
- Creating bid documents
- Preparing bid reviews/comparisons
- Field work including equipment inspections data gathering and oversight for equipment installation
Internship Qualifications:
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2026 semester
- Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
- Preferred majors: Industrial Technology Electrical Technology Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related
