You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible for developing and managing engineering / technology projects. Interfaces with internal/external customers to ensure organization resource allocation is made. Accountable to deliver the scope of work to the original cost estimate. Manages schedule budget and integration of NPI and/or requisition projects including influencing the projects to meet customer CTQs and hit tollgate milestones. Project is often a component of a program.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own -depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
You will be a member of the Program Management Office which will consist of 6 people. This is a fairly new office that will be responsible for all program/projects so we meet customer expectations both external and internal.
You will interact with product manager program manager engineering supply chain service and customers/suppliers.
Solid experience within program/project management
. Degree in Industrial Mechanical Electrical Engineering or similar education/equivalent
Understanding of project design and production processes
Understanding of QA and validation procedures
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Troubleshooting analytical and planning skills
Ability to lead team and make the team work successfully
Ability to plan and execute your daily work within set time frames
Ability to have helicopter view see the bigger picture
A good level of English and a valid work permit
