About the Team
Join our local team responsible for being the first point of contact for clients visitors and staff. Collaborating with colleagues across the office our team covers front-of-house services meeting and event coordination and day-to-day office support.
You will be responsible for
Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional manner
Managing the reception desk calls and emails
Coordinating meeting room bookings and organising refreshments
Handling courier arrangements and office supplies
Liaising with building management and vendors
Organising catering and supporting taxi and parking bookings
Operating office equipment and supporting administrative tasks
Apply if you
Have experience in reception customer service or a similar role
Communicate fluently in Polish and English
Are well-organised and detail-oriented
Are comfortable using Microsoft Office
Maintain a high standard of professionalism
Work well both independently and in a team
Show initiative and problem-solving abilities

This position is offered on a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)
