Job Summary
Continuous Improvement Specialist Water Treatment
Grundfos Water Treatment Italy is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist for the QHSE & Facility Department.
The successful candidate will support the ongoing enhancement of business processes by driving efficiency quality and innovation with a strong focus on developing and implementing sustainability projects aligned with the organizations strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across Operations QHSE and Facility areas applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop coordinate and monitor sustainability projects (e.g. energy efficiency water consumption reduction waste management and reduction circular economy).
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops and cross-functional problem-solving activities.
- Define and monitor improvement and sustainability KPIs ensuring measurable results and periodic reporting to management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability by actively engaging employees.
- Identify digitalization opportunities to support process efficiency and reduce environmental impact
We imagine that you have:
- Degree in Engineering Economics or related fields.
- Previous experience in Continuous Improvement Lean Manufacturing Project Management or similar roles.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma problem-solving tools and project management techniques.
- Basic understanding of corporate sustainability and environmental management.
- Strong analytical skills results-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
- Full professional proficiency in English
