About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Data Analyst who is passionate about using data to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. This role is part of our Operations Transformation team and is focused on enhancing the performance of our contact center through data-driven insights AI enablement and strategic business case development.What Youll Do
Data Analysis & Visualization
- UseSQLto query and integrate data from multiple sources including CRM telephony and operational platforms
- Analyze performance trends identify opportunities and deliver actionable insights
- Build and maintainTableau dashboardsto visualize KPIs and transformation impacts
Strategic Initiative Support
- Partner with cross-functional teams to developbusiness casesfor new initiatives including investments inAI and automation
- Quantify the impact of transformation efforts includingcost savingsefficiency gains andexperience improvementsfor both employees and customers
AI & Technology Enablement
- Evaluate and support the implementation ofAI solutionssuch as chatbots virtual agents and predictive analytics
- Translate operational needs into technology requirements and help assess ROI
Performance Measurement
- Define and track success metrics for transformation initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
About You
6 years of experience in a data analyst business analyst or analytics-focused role ideally within financial services or contact center operations
Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Business Analytics or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
Proven proficiency inSQLand experience working with large complex datasets along with strong programming skills inPythonorR
Deep expertise inTableauor similar BI tools with the ability to translate complex data andAI-driven insightsinto compelling business narratives
Experience withA/B testing statistical analysis and building business cases for technology investmentsespecially those involving AI/ML initiatives
Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen with a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Familiarity with contact center operations and performance metrics (e.g. AHT CSAT NPS)
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience applying machine learning and AI techniques to solve business problems including implementing solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Strong understanding of AI technologiessuch as natural language processing predictive modeling and recommendation systems
Exposure to operations or process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma etc.)
Knowledge of LendingClubs products and member experience philosophy

The above locations are eligible offices for this locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this roles team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model and our teams are in-office Tuesdays Wednesdays and -person attendance is essential for this roles success and remote placement will not be offers relocation based on actual job level.
Time Zone Requirements
Primarily MT
While the position will primarily work local hours LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.
Travel Requirements
As needed travel to LendingClub offices and/or other locations as needed.
Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 00. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge experience education skills and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClubs Total Rewards package. You may also be eligible for long-term awards (equity) and an annual bonus (which is based on company performance employee performance and eligible earnings).
