Sephora SEAs omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia India Indonesia Malaysia New Zealand the Philippines Singapore and Thailand) with 100 stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e. Click and collect and marketplace).
Sephora Internship Program Visual Merchandising Intern (January to June 2026)x1 spot
You will shine here if you enjoy
- Updating and tidying visual merchandising and animation guidelines for both Franchise markets
- Assisting the team with establishing proper workflows and processes for both permanent and temporary animations between the Regional Franchise and Local Teams for timely updates
- Working with the teams in the planning for store refreshes with the key focus on Top 5 doors before the Local Team roll-out to the rest of the markets
- Building and maintaining monthly animation calendar with the relevant teams
Key Project
- Integrating workflows and processes for Franchise markets in Sephora when it comes to Visual Merchandising planning and animations

- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Innovative and creative continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to boost commercial outcomes
