Sephora SEAs omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia India Indonesia Malaysia New Zealand Singapore Thailand and the Philippines) with 100 stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e. Click and collect and marketplace).

The Opportunity

As part of the regional team based in Singapore you will play a key role as a UX Designer in shaping user experiences across Sephoras digital ecosystem spanning eight markets in Southeast Asia Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders product managers developers and other designers to create seamless and engaging user journeys. Youll take ownership of the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research through concept development prototyping delivery and post-launch optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the UX Lead in delivering project objectives & KPIs.
Lead the end-to-end product design processes - from discovery and research to wireframing prototyping and final designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Stakeholders Product Engineering) in an Agile environment to deliver user-centered solutions that achieve project objectives.
Conduct user research and usability testing translate findings into actionable insights to make informed design decisions.
Present and communicate design rationale with data-backed recommendations to stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
Design at scale using Figma ensuring high-quality consistent designs across web and app platforms.
Contribute maintain and evolve Sephoras Design System ensuring components are consistent accessible and aligned with the brands design language.
Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.

Qualifications & Skills

3 years of professional experience as a UX Designer Product Designer or similar role.
Proven experience in end-to-end product design within an Agile environment.
Extensive and proven design experience across platforms (Web Android iOS).
Strong proficiency in Figma - including components auto-layout prototyping and design systems.
Solid understanding of UX research methods usability principles and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication collaboration and storytelling skills to present design decisions clearly.
A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking user research insights and execution quality.
Bachelors degree in Design HCI or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

Experience working in retail e-commerce or beauty/lifestyle brands.
Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS).
