You will:
Cost Management
- Guidance on and regular check of related admin tasks
- Participating in budget planning / execution
- Closely monitoring expenses and related actions create expense reports financial analysis variance analysis and action plans performance metrics and KPIs
- Approval management - costs contracts
- Work with related teams to achieve Budapest Technology objectives - align with local and global teams
Space Management - accommodate the growing Technology division
- Coordinating office moves new team neighbourhood creation adjustments
- Work setup / refurbishment needs collection (equipment: individual / team / meeting rooms / other common areas and working setups) and alignment with teams responsible for realization
- Coordinating efficient space usage - within Technology teams and among other Budapest office BUs
Supporting the Budapest Technology Management information flow
- Meeting planning presenters materials
- Meeting minutes
- Follow-up on actions
Internal / External Program coordination
- Planning execution coordination & tracking program flow within people professional & strategic programs
- Regular progress check-in with program owners channelling information into local management meetings
- Engaging Technology team members to participate in people programs
- Supporting progress of program flows as outreach external events new initiatives
Business Continuity Plan management
- Technology compliance with related rules
- Work against deadlines: tests plan refresh etc.
- Preparedness - check / actions on data reports
Leadership & People Management
- Lead the local Technology Admin & Communications Team
- Coordination of task allocation availability & professional development
Corporate Communication
- Coordination with local regional & global communications team
- Promote various programs collect feedback from the Tech staff & management team
- Manage the content structure & format of internal information sites and various communication channels You have:
- At least 5 years experience in management reporting corporate communications event coordination and space management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Power BI and PowerPoint skills
- Solid project management skills & understanding of agile framework
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly & professionally at multiple levels
- Good use of initiative judgement and decision making
- Pro-active self-starter
- Cooperative client focused attitude good organizing ability
