- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Mathematics or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in developing targeted market campaigns
- Proven experience in CloudOps implementations and customer success strategies
- Strong ability to build consensus and communicate complex technical concepts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience
- Expertise in data interpretation and business recommendation development
- Experience negotiating complex multi-year cloud transformation projects
- Established relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Proven track record of creating comprehensive business cases and ROI analyses
