The successful Parts Specialist candidate acquires parts for both customers and service technicians in a timely cost-efficient accurate and courteous manner.
Prepares invoices for customers on vehicle part orders.
Correctly identifies the necessary parts to order.
Places orders for necessary parts.
Tracks all parts ordered and communicates status to necessary parties.
Follows proper cash handling.
Properly receives and verifies standards are met during deliveries.
Pulls proper parts for Technicians and Customers and invoices accordingly.
Maintain clean organized work areas including storage and desk areas.
Completes all required training as needed.
Qualification and skills
Valid and clean Drivers record for the past two years. (Delivery)
Strong automotive background preferred. Time-management skills. Organization skills.
Basic Computer Skills. Excellent communication skills in person on the phone and online.
Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
Some heavy lifting will be required must be able to lift up to 40lbs
