Were seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technical Program Manager to oversee data center build projects in So Paulo Brazil and potential future scope in LATAM. Technical Infrastructure Program Managers lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements budget completed design implementation testing and deployment. Along the way you will use your judgment negotiation skills ability to influence without authority analytical talent technical aptitude and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones manage capital budgets eliminate non-value-add activity design solutions remove blockers and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator (both written and verbal) not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities and be capable of understanding mechanical/electrical engineering concepts. They will be able to apply a variety of project management tools methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives and core project management disciplines including scope schedule budget resources quality and risk management reporting and metric development/tracking. Other requirements include experience with M365 suite and commercial collaboration and workflow tools. Experience with dashboard software (Tableau QuickSight Power BI) SQL and systems integration is a plus.

Key job responsibilities
As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager you will serve as the key point of responsibility for delivering data center capacity in the So Paulo Brazil region. You will coordinate diverse teams including supply services design engineering procurement construction field engineering commissioning and operations to ensure timely capacity delivery aligned with long range planning commitments.
Your responsibilities include managing the end-to-end delivery process from strategy through implementation and handover mitigating constrained availability zones and addressing supply chain delays. You will oversee build triggers support new region activities and ensure coordination between numerous stakeholders to deliver the right solution on schedule.
You will operate at three levels: supporting macro-level strategy and long-term decisions managing specific project delivery and resolving micro-level issues and blockers. Success requires bringing teams together with a holistic perspective that individual subject matter experts cannot provide alone ensuring AWS customers never face capacity constraints that impact performance or availability.
A day in the life
You will start each day reviewing build milestones and monitoring capacity delivery status across your assigned clusters. Your morning includes coordinating with Field Engineering Operations and commissioning teams on active construction projects while addressing blockers that could delay handover dates.
Mid-day involves stakeholder meetings with planning teams supply chain partners and regional leadership to align on delivery timelines. You will update project status escalate risks and ensure cross-functional teams remain synchronized.
Your afternoon focuses on strategic planning reviewing upcoming builds and solving complex delivery challenges by bringing together diverse expertise from security energy network and operations teams.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Project Management Operations or Industrial Analysis or related technical field
- 3 years of experience in program management project management or technical infrastructure delivery
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Masters degree
