Position:Mathematics Teacher Long Term Substitute Location:Milford High SchoolSchedule:2025-2026 School Year (through December 23 2025)Salary:TBDTo Start:September 2025Qualifications:Massachusetts Department of Education Teacher Licensure: Mathematics (8-12) required;Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) endorsement required;Expertise with the Massachusetts Mathematics Frameworks required;Responsibilities:Provide an engaging rigorous curriculum embedded with real-world connections and opportunities for higher order critical thinkingWork collaboratively with other members of the Mathematics Special Education and/or English Language Learner departmentsProven ability to accommodate curriculum in order to meet the needs of studentsCommunicate regularly with parents/guardiansProvide a positive structured learning environment and lessons addressing appropriate grade-level and English proficiency levels to WIDA and Common Core Standards in mathematicsPerform standard duties as required by administration
