Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support sales and marketing operations through day-to-day CRM management troubleshooting and reporting. This role requires strong knowledge of Salesforce as a front-end user with admin rights and the ability to manage user assignments maintain data integrity and create reports and dashboards for sales leadership. The Salesforce Administrator will also collaborate with the Marketing Automation Manager on campaign list management within Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily Salesforce support troubleshooting and user assistance.
Manage user and data updates including onboarding new reps territory reassignments and validation of automated assignments.
Perform data clean-up tasks such as contact activations/deactivations (not deletions) for marketing campaigns.
Create modify and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support sales activity pipeline tracking and leadership requests.
Validate and verify changes to Accounts Contacts and Opportunities to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with sales managers and regional VPs to update dashboards and provide ad-hoc reporting support.
Work closely with the Marketing Automation Manager to build and maintain Salesforce campaign lists for use in Pardot.
Ensure ongoing data integrity and compliance across Salesforce objects and relationships.
Job requirements
Job Requirements
23 years of experience in Salesforce administration or CRM support.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce front-end functionality with admin rights.
Proficient in creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Understanding of Salesforce data objects and relationships (Accounts Contacts Opportunities).
Experience in data management clean-up and validation processes.
Familiarity with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) is preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills.
Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
