We are looking for a Security Manager based at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong!
As a Security Manager we rely on you to:
Attend all necessary meetings and disseminate all relevant information obtained to Shift Supervisors
Ensure the operation runs efficiently supervise the duty roster overtime / leave requests etc.
Plan manpower resources according to special demands e.g. VIP functions / special events
Ensure the team maintain crime awareness and protection of Hotel assets
Develop and deliver necessary trainings to the team / other Departments
Generate incident accident and E-log reports in line with prescribed format and standards
Handle all reports memos documentation maintenance records meeting minutes
Assist Director of Security in planning organisation staff supervision and quality controls for the Security Operation
We are looking for someone who has:
Diploma / Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management
Valid Security Personnel Permit and driving license
Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years supervisory experience in Hotel / Security Industry
Able to assess risks and perform independent security operations
Knowledge of security access control system alarm monitoring system and CCTV system
Good Interpersonal skills and communications skills
Good command of spoken and written English Cantonese and Putonghua
