Candidate must have:
Fingerprints on file (DOJ & FBI)
Current TB Test Result
CPR/First Aid certification (online courses are not acceptable - Done as group in 1st week of season otherwise contact AD or Red Cross.)
Must have proof of Certified Athletic Trainer or Licensed Paramedic.
Successfully completed ALL of the following courses for clearance: Fundamentals of Coaching Course Concussion Protecting Students from Abuse Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Title IX Certificates from .
- Certificate Copy (Certified Athletic Trainer or Licensed Paramedic)
- Certification (Fundamentals of Coaching Certificate of Completion)
- Resume (Current and Up to Date)
