Technical Project Manager (Software Engineering Physical Product Exp. Req.) Responsibilities
Lead technology product development programs within the aerospace sector
Define scope deliverables budgets and resource plans for new product initiatives
Support the formalization of the companys project management and documentation standards
Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure smooth program execution
Manage cross-functional teams and optimize program performance
Identify key requirements for internal teams and external vendors
Oversee project budgets ensuring accountability for successful delivery
Proactively manage risks and opportunities across projects
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
Conduct weekly project team meetings and manage project schedules
Report monthly on program status to leadership
Technical Project Manager (Software Engineering Physical Product Exp. Req.) Qualifications
Bachelors degree is required
4 years of project management or program management is required
Experience with software engineering projects for a physical product is required
Proven track record working closely with engineering teams is required
Ability to work 100% onsite is required
