Job Summary and Responsibilities
1200-0030 Critical Care Education Nurse Shift Manager
$15000 - Sign On Bonus offered for new hires. Per policy current employees are not eligible.
Employee Referral Eligible position.
This role involves real-time education direct bedside coaching comprehensive chart auditing and continuous monitoring of nursing practice to ensure the highest standards of patient care safety and regulatory compliance. The Nurse Shift Manager acts as a clinical resource mentor and advocate for best practices directly impacting nurse competency and patient experience across high-acuity environments.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in Cardiac and Trauma ICU along with an interest in nurse education and work three (3) - 12 hour shifts from:1200-0030 each week.

Job Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing (e.g. ADN).
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical (critical care) experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Bachelors in nursing (BSN) or related healthcare field
- Completion of Bachelors in nursing (BSN) or related field within 3 years of hire
- Current CA RN licensure
- Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association
Strongly Preferred:
- Cardiac ICU experience
- TNCC
- TCAR
- TCRN
- CCRN
- MSN
