This role will an important part of Nilfisk China marketing team reporting to Head of Marketing Greater China. His/her major task is to plan and execute marketing events build liaison with industry key influencers manage daily marketing materials and support Nilfisk channel partners on their critical marketing activities all over China. He/she will also support the marketing supervisor to generate working and video content as well as maintain our social media platforms.
Job Description
- Event management and implementation:
- Plan schedule organize and implement the online and offline marketing activity events including but not limited to exhibitions seminars conferences and webinars with best-cost proposals based on the marketing event plan.
- Support the key marketing activities to Nilfisks channel partners including co-planning material preparation resource & logistics coordination and necessary on-site support based on annual marketing plan.
- Industry KOL liaison
- Proactively build and maintain connections in the industry including but not limited to industry association stakeholders key industry influencers and platforms.
- Build relationship with industry social media KOLs drive KOL advocacy content development and establish KOL pool for social activation usage.
- Marketing material management
- Daily manage the physical marketing materials including brochures prints pull-ups banners and give-aways to make sure the quantity and status are lively updated in the marketing material report.
- Responsible of sourcing designing and producing marketing materials with creative thinking ideas.
- Content generation
- Have the chance to support Marketing Supervisor to operate and daily maintain Nilfisk social platforms covering WeChat WeChat video and Tiktok. Be the contact points to timely manage social platform performance data monthly reporting to marketing managers and other company stakeholders.
- Have the chance to support Marketing Supervisor to generate content including both wording and video clips for Nilfisk products as part of the product selling tool and digital assets.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree above in Marketing Communication Advertising Chinese or related majors.
- Can be a new fresh graduate if very potential but keen and fast to learn in work. 1-2 year experience of event management content generation or social media management is a plus
- Creative out of the box thinker who is always willing to challenge the status quo. A quick learner of the AI tools and platforms with high interest to try applying in the actual marketing projects
- Working experience in agency or B2B company background is a plus
- An outgoing good team worker handling cross-functional projects with challenges and pressure and an independent reliable person who is capable of running a project with self-motivation accountability and strong ownership.
- A good communicator to address internal and external conflicts
