Overview
Hourly Pay Rate:$18.00
$500 hiring bonus ($250 at hire $250 after 6 months)
Full-Time
Available Shifts:
- 6 AM - 4 PM
- 1 PM - 11 PM
- 8 PM - 6 AM
Rotating Weekend Shifts - Every 2nd weekend

In this role youll foster a safe and supportive environment where teens can reconnect with themselves their families and their future. Through our proven therapeutic model youll help clients build resilience practice coping skills and navigate everyday life with more confidence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure client emotional and physical safety at all times
- Support teens through emotional or behavioral crises using de-escalation techniques
- Help implement treatment plans in coordination with clinical staff
- Engage clients in daily living activities skill-building exercises and recreational programming (art music yoga fitness and more)
- Document progress and participate in team meetings to align on care strategies
- Model healthy boundaries and trusting relationships
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelors in psychology or related field preferred)
- 21 years of age
- Valid drivers license
- Experience in residential EMT CNA or similar caregiving roles preferred
- Able to pass background checks and drug screening
- Strong communication patience and relational skills
- Ability to remain calm supportive and present in high-stress moments
