Were looking for a proactive and highly organised administrator who can play a vital role in supporting a busy technology services team.
In this role youll be at the heart of operationsensuring projects documentation reporting and communications flow seamlessly. From supporting internal teams and liaising with customers to managing stock records and coordinating with suppliers your work will allow technical experts to stay focused on delivering outstanding IT services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 23 years of administrative experience who wants to grow within a dynamic technology-driven environment. Youll be trusted with a variety of responsibilities including:
- Maintaining project documentation reports and records
- Coordinating with HR Finance Procurement and other teams
- Managing stock records arranging transfers shipping and collections
- Assisting in procurement activities vendor engagement and contract tracking
Your strong organizational skills ability to multitask and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems will make you an invaluable part of the team. Experience with stock or inventory management systems is a plus.
