Senior Asset Manager

London hybrid working currently 2 days office based per week

Youll take the lead on a regional portfolio of homes across the country everything from houses and flats to estates and blocks. Well give you the autonomy to do it right. That means using your insight to bring real transparency to how we manage our homes through their lifecycles and using that insight to drive better outcomes for the people who live in them.

What youll do

Lead the asset management of your regional portfolio and make sure homes are safe sustainable and performing well
Work with your team to spot risks solve problems and keep everything on track
Guide decisions on where we invest divest or improve and make clear recommendations
Partner with other regional teams to deliver our Asset Strategy and Regional Plans
Share insights and reporting that help the business see the full picture
Mentor and support colleagues working toward professional qualifications.

What you bring

Membership of RICS The Property Institute or equivalent
Experience managing residential property portfolios across tenures and types
A confident approach to property legislation and lease terms
Line management experience and a love for helping others grow
Strong people skills and the ability to guide listen and build trust
A clear focus on impact value and doing the right thing for customers

Job details

Youll work Monday to Friday
The team work flexible hours and were open to agreeing a work pattern
Youll manage your own diary so if you want to take a longer lunch for a haircut or swim you can use your flexi time to manage that!
This is a hybrid role and youll spend 2 days in the London office and the rest working from home
