Job Description
You will work directly with individuals to develop skills provide on-the-job coaching and build strong relationships with employers. Your guidance helps clients achieve meaningful and lasting employment.
- Coaching clients on pre-vocational and job skills
- Assisting with job placements coaching and supports
- Developing individual employment plans and goals
- Supporting clients at work and in the community
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
- Building relationships with employers and community resources
- Supporting summer work programs and other activities
- High School diploma or GED (Associates degree and 1 year experience preferred)
- Valid drivers license clean driving record and insurance
- Ability to pass background checks CPR and First Aid
- Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate flexible and team-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in community settings
- Full-time with flexible hours based on client needs
- Travel throughout the metro area required (Mileage reimbursement)
