About Borealis Hotel Group:

We are seeking an energetic and results-drivenArea Sales Manager Netherlands (f/m/d) to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our Dutch properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers across all market segments
Conduct research qualify leads and identify opportunities using sales analysis tools (e.g. Agency360)
Manage and develop existing customer relationships through regular contact visits and networking
Conduct annual contract negotiations business reviews RFPs and framework agreements in cooperation with Revenue Managers and General Managers
Organize and lead site inspections customer events presentations etc.
Work closely with hotel teams revenue managers the marketing manager and the Area Director of Sales to align commercial strategies
Support the preparation of annual Sales & Marketing Plans and budgets
Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer reputation
Participate in and contribute to sales and strategy meetings etc.
Contribute to online and social media marketing campaigns together with the Digital Marketing Manager
Participate in cross-departmental projects and bring forward innovative ideas to support business growth

Your profile
As anArea Sales Manager(f/m/d) you will be responsible for driving sales activities across our hotels in the Netherlands with a strong focus on acquiring new customers strengthening existing relationships and maximizing revenue. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with multiple international hotel brands and to collaborate closely with our hotel teams revenue managers and commercial leaders. You will play a key role in shaping sales & marketing strategies and bringing creative hands-on initiatives to life.

Who are you
  • You are pro-active customer-focused and commercially driven
  • You have several years of professional experience in sales ideally within the hotel industry
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch (additional languages are an advantage)
  • You have strong organizational skills a structured and creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You are confident in making decisions prioritizing effectively and keeping a clear focus on results
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional appearance
  • You are self-motivated flexible and open to occasional travel
