Job Summary
Responsibilities :
- Design and own the entire recruiting life-cycle including job description generation sourcing interview process design extending offers and closing candidates.
- Building a ta-driven recruiting engine that helps in reducing overall TAT for hiring and bring value to stakeholders
- Collaborating with the stakeholders across the business units and prioritize the requirements.
- Driving Market Intelligence Talent mapping Talent Branding
- Driving positive candidate experience and engagement metrics
- Recurring sync-up with the stakeholders to make them aware of the latest status & updates.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 8 years of experience in building high-performance teams for Tech & product for Ecommerce/Tech Startups / Product organizations.
- Expertise in leveraging Social media to hire across engineering product and design roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills communicationand interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in driving TA programs such as Hackathons and Tech talks
- Start-up hiring experience is preferred
