Job Description
- Provide IT technical support to end-users
- To perform trouble shooting for the computer problems
- Support software and hardware installation
- Support telephone & Server System and all upgrade efforts including internet wireless topology pabx mail server etc.
- Established and build relationship with local IT vendors
- Perform routine task as maintenance check list maintain asset etc.
Requirements :
1. Male/Female max. 28 years old
2. Bachelor Degree in IT Information system or related
3. Min. 3 years experiences in IT Support
4. Required skills : strong logical and analytical problem solving skill
5. Having good self motivation good leadership fast learner good attitude and able to work as a team and good administration skill.
6. Experience with ERP SQL server Delphi 5 mikrotik and windows server.
