The Winter Park General Manager position is responsible for providing leadership to our team building a strong shop culture achieving our KPIs of customer service revenue and profit and building our brand within the local community.
This General Manager position is a dual operations and sales role. The most important part of the General Manager role is to help promote a productive environment setting the team up for success to ensure we are delivering legendary service to our customers and partners. More specifically you will be responsible for leading a team of Team Leaders and Ski Technicians in their roles of delivering ski and snowboard rental equipment to our guests. This includes scheduling future shifts ensuring equipment is up to our brand standards consistent coaching for the team and managing our P&L. You will also be responsible for growing the business through local sales with hotels relationship building and integrating with the Winter Park Resort property management companies concierges and more.
This position is full-time seasonal. Anticipated start and end dates are 9/29/2025 - 5/1/2026.

Essential Duties:
Weekly scheduling to hit demand and customer service goals
Expense Management
Pre-season shop set up
Hands on coaching with Team Leaders and Ski Technicians
Weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports and managers
Weekly resourcing reports
Maintaining quality of equipment
Equipment warranty and repair
Inventory management
Auto management
Local sales to grow our current partners close leads and build our brand within the local community
Desired Qualities:
Strong confident and professional communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to accept and deliver necessary feedback
Polished writing skills are a plus
Previous management/ leadership experience
Previous sales experience is a plus

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the rate based on various factors including but not limited to experience education training location merit system quantity or quality of production responsibilities and regular and/or necessary travel. The rate listed is just one component of the Companys total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.
Average bi-weekly pay rate: $2500
