The Opportunity
Are you driven by the challenge of transforming business operations Were looking for aValue Chain Managerto lead strategic quality improvement initiatives across non-manufacturing this role youll apply methodologies likeSix SigmaLean andKaizento streamline operations reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction. Youll manage complex projects independently mentor junior colleagues and play a key role in shaping a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Your experience in implementing improvement projects working withSAP systems driving organizational change and coaching teams will be essential to succeed in this dynamic and results-driven environment.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Apply methodologies such as Six Sigma Lean and Kaizen to identify analyze and improve non-manufacturing business processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements functional specifications process maps and gap/problem analyses.
- Lead initiatives to improve quality productivity and customer satisfaction across various departments.
- Plan and implement quality assurance and compliance processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Support change management activities and contribute to the development of training materials for new processes and procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation.
Your Background
- Advanced knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
- Proven experience in implementing improvement projects and driving organizational enhancements.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and their role in process optimization.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience in managing complex projects and working independently.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams and junior professionals.
- Understanding of quality assurance and compliance planning.
